i have been wanting to say this so bad. for so long. but i run the risk of being called elitist/racist*.

then i wondered. is it possible to objectively report some of the events that happened without any subjective elements? just purely purely objective, without my subjective evaluation? i really need to do that so i can be safe. But. But. (this is bordering philosophical) How can any information we receive via our senses be objectively related to another human being? or just to be objectively reproduced in words? hey guys try this exercise, it might really be fun. just try to objectively report some happening in your life.

here's my attempt.

"today (date, time, weather) i took the bus (no.) and it was crowded (how many people. maybe some people think crowded is relative). i sat down. some lady sat down next to me and there i felt squished. (i can only leave you guys to infer her qualities)."

at this point in time i can objectively list her qualities but it'll be mean. and bitchy no less. i don't hate her. but it's the mental quality that caused her to intrude into my private space that made me slightly uncomfortable.

maybe she has her reasons. and i digressed. sorry. well try the exercise i bet it'll be fun!

a totally unrelated point.
* today on Channel News Asia i heard this amateur tv compere, introducing the wonders of camel racing in Egypt and he called the jockeys "RACISTS" haha. i think he really meant "RACERS". chuckle chuckle.
